University Opportunities

ABOUT The RNS Boys’ Hockey Program The boys’ hockey program at Rothesay Netherwood School is dedicated to the overall development and growth of our young student athletes. Students who play hockey on the varsity boys’ team receive an outstanding academic experience while playing hockey at a very competitive level. The combination of these two important factors, along with a structured, respectful environment that encourages one‘s personal best in everything, promotes growth in all aspects of students' lives. The boys’ program has a unique and competitive schedule which allows us to play against both Major Midget AAA programs and Canadian and USA prep schools. The RNS varsity boys’ hockey schedule covers two semesters. Players are on the ice six to seven times per week from September to March. With this diversified program, RNS hockey players have gone on to play higher levels of hockey including Jr A, Major Jr , NCAA, and professional leagues.
