Did You Know? *February 8 is Game Night at Laurie Summers home. No meeting just fun and games! *February 16 is Panhellenic’s Feed My Starving Children from 8:00-9:30pm. Dinner at Westwood Tavern, 6:15 before. *February 18th is Chicago Area Council’s Founders’ Day Celebration Brunch at DePaul University from 10:30 to 1:00. A registration form was mailed to everyone. Let me know if you need another.
Thank you to Paula Hoerner for hosting our January appetizer and birthday celebration. Cindy Cubberley and Carol Stephens were our co-hostesses. Congratulations AOII for 120 years of sisterhood!! The cupcakes were yummy Cindy!
*March 6, Panhellenic Badge Day. Eat at or order from Lou Malnati’s Buffalo Grove or Schaumburg and 10% goes to the Panhellenic Scholarship Fund. I will be sending you a flyer to take with you in February.
Great sisterhood, food, and conversation!
We passed around the Brag Basket and donated $77 to the Ruby Fund!
Mark your calendar for our March 12th Auction in the South Barrington home of member Cathy Grain. Food Stations, raffle ticket purchases, and viewing begins at noon with the auction beginning at 1:00. Our Ways and Means Chairmen have some surprises for us this year. Look for the evite as we get closer. Below are some of the items already donated. We need your auction items by the Feb. 8th game night. Thank you all for your support!!

How many AOIIs can you get in a booth at Egg Harbor on Saturday morning. On January 28th, there were nine of us!! Lovely way to start the weekend!! Congratulations to NW member Barbara Schwarting, Alpha Tau ’56, who was featured in The Moorings of Arlington Heights brochure. Barbara’s favorite volunteer activity is working at the V i l l a g e Tr e a s u r e House, a unique consignment shop whose sales help fund a variety of charities that aid women and children in crisis. I think we n e e d a fi e l d t r i p Ladies!!
