I have the consent to nominate him in the Scottsdale Signature Stallion Auction and am subject to the General Rules & Regulations of the Signature Stallion Auction & Futurity. I understand and warrant that, by nominating the Stallion in the Scottsdale Signature Stallion auction, I will be responsible for purchasing his breeding service for a minimum fee of $1,100, if there are no bids reaching that minimum requirement at the auction. I hereby attest that all information listed within is true and accurate. I understand that failure to give accurate and truthful information on this form can result in possible disciplinary action by the AHAA Scottsdale Signature Stallion Committee and the Board of Directors of AHAA. I the Owner/Agent of the Stallion will abide by the rules set forth to satisfy the breeding obligations sold at the Scottsdale Signature Stallion Auction. I guarantee that all registration documentation required to register the resulting foal will be properly and promptly provided to the purchaser of the breeding. I understand that the Breeding Agreement contains a live foal guarantee, which may mean that the breeding sold may have to be carried over to subsequent year(s). If the stallion is sold, leased or relocated with in the United States of America prior to the conclusion of the breeding season, the stallion owner shall be responsible to the Purchaser for increases of fees and costs in breeding to the stallion in excess of those fees set forth in the Stallion Owners Breeding Contract, including but not limited to boarding and foaling fees, etc., and/or the costs of shipping semen to be paid by original stallion owner. If the stallion is relocated outside of the United States of America, the breeding deposit may be refunded, without interest, to the Purchaser upon approval by the Arabian Horse Association of Arizona.

Each stallion nominated in the SSS Futurity will donate a breeding for the SSS Auction each year nominated. Stallion owner/agent must ensure that all breeding defects of the Stallion are included on this Nomination Form and Agreement. Stallion must be available for breeding in the United States. If breeding is to be done by frozen semen only, such fact must be disclosed and Stallion owner must ensure that at least ten (10) straws of frozen semen will be available for this breeding.
