Possible disciplinary action can be taken according to the bylaws of AHBA. As the nominating AHBA Stallion Owner I also agree to pay a Stallion Nomination Fee of $500 for each nominated stallion and I also agree to guarantee to AHBA that the minimum bid on each stallion will be $2500 for the Stallion Owner to be able to put a foal in the futurity OR a minimum bid of $1000.00 for just the auction buyer to nominate a foal, I will pay the difference to AHBA to maintain the eligibility of the that stallion for participation in the Futurity classes at the World Cup Show.

AHBA Nomination Procedure In order to complete a nomination form for a AHBA Stallion, the 'Right' holder must provide the following: 1. A completed Stallion Disclosure/Nomination form, which includes all of the requested information. 2. A copy of the stallions AHRA registration certificate, with ownership information to match information provided on Disclosure/Nomination form. In the event that ownership information does not match, additional documentation must be attached to explain the difference. 3. A check or credit card number for $500.00 (payable to the AHBA Futurity). All of the above must be sent to:

All names, a complete address, telephone number(s) must be included for all persons involved in the leases sponsored stallions, partnerships, syndications, etc. of AHBA stallion. Any indebtedness to AHBA must be settled before the nomination will be accepted. 2. A service to all sponsored stallions must be made available to AHBA each year the stallion is in the program, for use, at the discretion of the auction committee. 3.

AHBA FUTURITY CLASSES:

All AHBA Vegas Auction Futurity Classes will be held in conjunction with the Arabian Breeders World Cup Show. • All AHBA Vegas Auction Futurity Classes are Amateur to Handle classes (ATH). • Only officially nominated yearlings out of AHBA Nominated Stallions are eligible to participate • Each AHBA Futurity Nominated Stallion can have a maximum of two (2) foals nominated: One (1) mare nomination is allowed for the purchaser of Auction breeding and in addition, if the final purchase price in the Auction is $2,500 or more, then one (1) additional foal may be nominated by the AHBA Futurity Nominated Stallion owner. • Mares (one or two) in foal with AHBA Vegas Nominated Stallion Service Auction breeding must be nominated before Dec 31 of the year of breeding for the resulting foal to be eligible to participate. (forms and deadline information are available on web site) • Nominated Foals resulting from AHBA Vegas Stallion Service Auction breedings are eligible to participate in two separate AHBA Futurity classes. AHBA Futurity Classes will be held for the nominated foals in each of their yearling and two year old calendar years. AHBA prize money will be provided (equally) for each of these two years of competition.

AHBA FUTURITY LEGACY CLASSES: All AHBA Vegas Futurity Legacy Classes will be held in conjunction with the Arabian Breeders World Cup Show. • All AHBA Vegas Auction Legacy Classes are Amateur to Handle classes (ATH). • Only Officially Nominated yearlings out of AHBA Nominated Stallions are eligible to participate • Any mare in foal to a AHBA Futurity Nominated Stallion can be nominated for the AHBA Futurity Legacy Classes. The mares must be officially nominated before Dec 31 of the breeding year for the foal to become eligible for the AHBA Futurity Legacy Classes. • Nominated foals for the AHBA Futurity Legacy Program will compete only as ATH Yearlings in the AHBA World Cup Las Vegas show and now will have a two year old class combined with the Auction Two Year Old Foals. The Prize money for these Legacy classes will be provided from the Mare Nomination fees collected prior to the birth of the eligible foals.

The AHBA 'Right' holder is responsible for getting any and all information, including program rules, nomination procedures and forms to the proper person regarding all nominated stallions. A space is provided on the Disclosure/Nomination form if that person is a member.
