Cancellations made 180 days or more from the first day of move in will be re-funded 50%; 180 to 120 days out will be subject to a 75% cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations inside of 120 days. All cancellations are subject to deduction of previously earned priority points in the amount of points that would have been earned on the canceled purchase. Credit card fees are non-refundable.
