Position Summary The AXA Global Graduate Program is a 2 to 2 and a half year program supporting top talent to gain the skills and competencies necessary to successfully accelerate their careers and fulfill their potential. It is a structured program that offers challenging job opportunities, exposure to an international environment and to senior management all whilst being on a permanent AXA contract. On the AXA Global Graduate Program 2016, Bharti AXA Life Insurance is seeking a Management Trainee – Customer Analytics & Management. The purpose of the role is to enhance the customer management strategy for the company using best in class techniques on customer segmentation and analytics to maximize customer lifecycle value. Develop the customer analytics capability of the company using optimal combination in in-house and outsourced practices.
The candidate would be expected to support customer analytics / CRM unit for the organization, drive strategic inputs on both CRM as well as Business Intelligence, and is expected to enhance the business capability by providing platforms for incisive insights into the business and thus create value for the organization. The candidate is expected to enhance the analytics & segmentation framework for the company through the mix of inhouse capability and outsourcing. The framework to include customer analytics, portfolio segmentation/analysis, CRM capability enhancement and managing effective customer campaigns (communication and marketing campaigns) using various statistical, behavioural models and analysis techniques.
Your responsibilities
Initiate and spearhead the creation & strategic management of customer analytics for the organisation; Spearhead the creation of framework for benchmarking customer lifecycle value (CLV) realisation; Strategize & manage the implementation and administration of Customer Relationship Management tool in the organization; Setup/evaluation of the data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives; Collaborate with other functions in country and at region (AXA Asia Pacific) levels for implementing customer management strategies in the country; Build the Customer Analytics team (in house / out sourced) to provide analytics support spanning the entire gamut of business – Customer Acquisition, Campaign Management, Portfolio Analysis, Predictive Modelling and Cross-Sell/Upsell opportunity management; Tracking industry data on existing practices across companies scoping business models, practices & strategies around business conservation and persistency and segmentation (customer / channel); Set up campaign design and propensity modelling around customer life stages; acquisition, lapsation, reinstatement,
up-sell, cross sell; Ensure appropriate analytical support for all the key business initiatives; Work along with other functional units to identify opportunities for analytical inputs which positively impact stated business goals; Enabling data integrity, collation & reporting standards Development of tools to forecast AXA SA solvency contribution.
Position requirements Professional and technical skills MBA from a premier B-School; Minimum 3 years pre-MBA analytics or CRM implementation experience (Banks/ credit cards will be a big plus); Worked with a team and handled a team size of min 3-4 people; Strong analytics skills; Experience in managing outsourced professional vendors in Analytics business cases supported by data and of agency management and on boarding. Desired Skills Experience in customer analytics (BI) functions of insurance/ insurance KPO – analytics/ banks/credit card companies; Ability to handle a fluid, unstructured work environment as the area is getting established within the organization; Candidate should have the capability to influence/ coordinate with other functions (esp. internal customers) to get the work done and also expand the role as he progresses. Knowledge Understanding of key business drivers of financial services industry; Understanding of customer segmentation and data enrichment techniques; Awareness of financial services industry trends Familiarity with regulations governing financial services industry (specifically insurance companies, banks, NBFCs, brokers, mutual funds, etc.).
