BECKER BLAST MEETING MINUTES
Date: Sunday, January 10, 2016 Time: 5:30pm Location: Field House At 5:36 pm the meeting was called to order by Lee Croal an seconded by Todd Eichoff. Those present were Dan Paulson, Jodi Eickhoff, Danny Enerson, Jason Koste, Tina Tamm, Lee Croal, Jason Baune and Barb Schendel. Those absent was Anne Koste, Jennifer Pauman Phil Mitzel, Missy Eich Approval of December minutes by Barb Schendel and 2nd by Lee Croal I.

President Report: a. Email sent on Friday Jan. 8th for pitching and catching clinic b. Good feedback from January pitching clinic c. Registration Fees: increase fee to $195 d. Volunteer fees: $100 for 8U $200 for 10U and up Vice President Report: a. Soderville tournament – May 15th b. Becker 8U tournament – June 11th i. Pitching machine will be used ii. 3 game jamboree iii. $150 entry fee c. There are some high school softball girls that want to help coach 8U teams

Secretary Report: a. N/A Communication Report: a. Will meet with Juan on January 11th b. On-line registration for tournament will be available February 1st c. On-line registration for the season will be available February 8th d. Need to remove names of past board members who are still authorized on the site e. Will add new waiver to the site Equipment Report: a. Will order uniforms fro Henry’s again – same as last year b. New hats for coaches c. No visors for 8U d. New equipment cost appox. $3000 Concession Report: a. Will request for 2 permits for the Blast season (6 dates used) b. Will need to get a permit for fall ball dates once we know the dates Tournament Report: a. June 17-19th b. Missy and Phil will contact vendors c. 8U tournament is June 11th d. will be on fastsports website in February

Business expo – Jodi, Barb and Tina attended b. 2016 opportunities will be more due to more tournament time available New business: a. Parent meeting: April 3rd @4:00 pm @ BCC b. Coaches clinic to follow @ 6:00 pm
A motion was made by Lee Craol and seconded by Dan Paulson to adjourn the meeting at 7:12. Motion carried. The next meeting will be on January 31st at 6:30pm at the Hideout.
