BIRTHDAY PARTY RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT FORM PARTY RULES: ·
Party price is $150 for the first 15 children with an additional $5 per child after that.

A deposit of $75 is required at the time of booking to hold your party date. This amount is credited toward the remainder of your party fee, which is due no later than the day of the party.
·
Parties may be booked for 2 hour time limits, but not longer than 2 hours. This will include one hour and 15 of gym time and 45 minutes in the party room for cake and presents. Children will not be allowed back into the gym once gym time is over.
·
Party supplies, cake, food and decorations are the responsibility of the parent.
·
All trash must be bagged up and tables and chairs put back in place.
·
You may arrive NO EARLIER THAN 30 MINUTES prior to your scheduled party time to set up.
·
All children entering the gym area must have a signed waiver from their parent/guardian.
·
Shoes must be removed upon entering the gym.
·
NO FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED IN THE GYM.
·
Parents are allowed in the gym with their children during the party.
