Bone Broth Stir Fry SERVES 4-6

INGREDIENTS 2-3 cups of Bone Broth Stew (See recipe for Bone Broth Stew) 2 portobello mushrooms 1 organic red bell pepper, chopped 1 cup organic broccoli, finely chopped

1 organic zucchini, chopped 2 cups organic kale, finely chopped 2 medium organic carrots, shredded 1 cup organic black beans 2 cups cooked brown rice or quinoa 2 Tbsp. coconut oil

DIRECTIONS 1. In a medium - large sized pan, sauté broccoli, zucchini, red bell pepper and carrots in 2 Tbsp. coconut oil for approximately 5 minutes. 2. Add Portobello mushrooms, kale, black beans and cooked brown rice and sauté for 3 more minutes. 3. Add bone broth stew and reduce heat to low. Allow to heat up for five minutes. 4. Enjoy!

 TIPS

This recipe provides another meal option when making Bone Broth Stew. If you do not have Bone Broth Stew prepared, you can substitute organic chicken stock/broth. To make this a vegetarian meal, add organic vegetable stock.  Cook ground organic, grass fed beef and add to this dish the next day for another dinner option!
