All brush pickup has been completed in the four neighborhood zones for August. The 5th week will be dedicated to limbing up trees along the Harbour Pointe Pool & Clubhouse complex drive. Understory trimming will continue along walking trails.
Identity theft is the fastest growing crime in the United States according to the FBI. Approximately 7 million Americans become victims of identity theft each year. Have your personal and confidential documents shredded and recycled. Show your support of FEED23112, our local food bank that supplies families in the 23112 zip code, with food by bringing at least 3 non-perishable donations per bag/box of items brought to be shredded. The BCA offers this service in order to help protect our residents from identity theft by having your personal and confidential information shredded while contributing to the betterment of the larger community through the FEED23112 program. At last year’s Shred-a-thon volunteers collected a van full of non-perishable donations to FEED23112
On October 15 families and members of the community are encouraged to bring documents to the St. Ledger’s Pool Parking Lot located at 2400 Sandy Ridge Parkway where PROSHRED Security will destroy them in one of their mobile shredding trucks while you watch. No need to remove binder covers, binder clips or staples because PROSHRED’s industrial shredders will easily shred through them. All shredded documents will be recycled.

2017 Budget Community Meeting The BCA Finance Committee has begun work on the 2017 draft budget with the Board’s direction. The Finance Committee will conduct in-depth budget review meetings during September and October. A summary of the then Proposed Budget will be sent to the membership in mid-October. Residents are encouraged to attend the 2017 Budget Community Meeting on Monday, Sept. 19, 7 p.m. at the Harbour Pointe Clubhouse.
