Games Committee To Be Announced
Appeals The CAA will follow NFHS Rules and Regulations. Appeal forms will be located at the announcer box. All appeals must be filed within 30 minutes of the completion of the event. After 30 minutes, all scores will be tallied and final. Appeals will be ruled final by the Games Committee.
Gate Fees (cash payment only) $5 per adult (18 and older) $2 child and student with ID (4 and under free)
School Fees JH Regular Season $10 per athlete with $225 cap per team/per school. HS Regular Season $15 per athlete with $225 cap per team/per school Schools will be invoiced by CAA unless otherwise noted in the invitation flyer.
Trainer An Athletic Trainer will be available in the center of the field. The Trainer is available for all medical emergencies or injuries during meet. Schools provide their own taping.
Water Water jugs will be available as a courtesy in the infield. All schools should also provide water for their teams.
Track and In-field No coaches or parents are authorized on the track or in-field at any time during the meet (unless in the event of an emergency). Only athletes immediately participating or staging may be allowed on the in-field or track. Loss of ten (10) team points per infraction without warning.
Starter Blocks Schools must provide their own starter blocks. CAA will not be responsible for any lost or stolen equipment.
Spikes 1/4" spikes may be used.
Team Camps Team camps must be set-up behind the bleachers. Team camps are not permitted in the stands or along the track fence in front of bleachers. NO Canopies in the stands may ONLY be used if they are at the top of the stands. You may not block the announcer booth.
Throwing implements All throwing implements will be provided by the CAA. Athletes may bring their own implements but they must be checked in to the Throwing Official for review between 7:00 and 7:45 AM. Implements are required to stay at the field. This implement will then be allowed to be used by ALL registered athletes. Any athlete's use of unauthorized equipment will be disqualified.
Conduct All athletes, coaches, and spectators are expected to follow the CAA and NFHS Code of Conduct. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and could result in immediate disqualification and/or removal from the event as well as loss of Team points.
