Andouille sausage, cooked, sliced 1/2 inch bias cut

Preparation 1. In a bowl, toss cooked fries with Cajun seasoning. 2. To serve, place cooked seasoned fries onto a plate, cover with half of prepared poutine gravy. Top with the cheese curds, sliced Andouille sausage and the other half of the gravy. Serve immediately.
