The law requires that parental permission be obtained for operative procedures on minors. The following consent form should be signed by the parents so that such proceedings may be promptly carried out, and so that no necessary delays will occur with operative procedures. However, no operation will be performed, except emergency, without parents being contacted and fully informed. I hereby waive and release and forever discharge any and all claims for damages, which I may have or may hereafter occur to me against Elon University or the Elon Boys’ Basketball Camp for any or all damages which may be sustained or suffered in connection with my association with, or participation in, the Elon Boys’ Basketball Camps on the campus of Elon University. I would like to personally invite you and your friends to the Elon Boys’ Basketball Camp at Elon University. At our camp, campers learn how to be well-rounded, team-oriented basketball players. The sessions offer intense, specialized basketball instruction with an emphasis on the fundamentals of basketball, including dribbling, shooting, Matt Matheny rebounding and defense. Elon Head Men’s Basketball Coach Campers will participate in both individual and team competition. All campers are grouped according to age and ability. Our staff features Elon coaches and Elon players, as well as experienced high school and college coaches from across the country, to provide both insight and training that will improve and develop your game as well as impact your life off the court. We look forward to you and your friends joining us this summer!

Elon University Team Camp is open to any and all varsity and junior varsity teams comprised of players in grades 8-12. Teams will experience top-notch competition as well as the finest staff and facilities. Overnight accomodations are available for team camp. The awards ceremony will begin after the championship games at approximately 4 p.m. on Thursday afternoon. Day Camp
Day camp is open to any and all boys, ages 7-17, and focuses on teaching fundamental basketball skills and introducing basic game strategy. This is an outstanding camp for those just learning basketball or for those already playing on teams. Day camp hours are 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

The camps will be held on the campus of Elon University. An all-you-can-eat lunch will be served on campus each day.

Registration and Tuition
The camp store offers concessions and T-shirts. A camp bank will be available to safely keep spending money.
Trainer
There is a qualified athletic trainer on duty in case of illness or injury. The trainer will also administer prescribed medication if this service is requested at registration.
Schedules
Daily and game schedules will be posted at game sites. Game schedules are subject to change, especially on the last day of camp. Please check with your camper regarding game time if you plan to see him play on that day.

Preferred T-shirt size: The day camp does provide a full lunch each day as part of the enrollment cost. Credit cards are not accepted for payment. Registration will be at 8:30 a.m. on Monday in the Koury Center. Full tuition must be paid at time of registration. A refund (less a $75 administrative fee) is available only if notification is received at least two weeks before camp begins. No refunds will be made within two weeks of camp beginning, except in the case of serious injury. Documentation of the injury will be needed before the start of camp. There are a limited number of spaces available per session.
