TIGER CUB DEVELOPMENTAL LEAGUE
JUNIOR HIGH TEAM CAMP
Grades K-5
Each team must have a minimum of 8 players to participate in team camp. Coaches are in charge of their teams behavior and conduct during team camp. Teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 6 games with a tournament. Each team should send their registrations in together with registration forms, copy of physicals, payments for each camper, and a roster including all participating players. Please send in registration packet by Monday June 3rd.
The Tiger Cub Developmental League is geared toward youth basketball players from Kindergarten thru 4th grade. Each game will be filled with instruction to help young players develop fundamental skills and understand the game of basketball. Each team will have a 9 game guarantee during the 3 week league schedule. Special attention will be given to youth players by the East Central coaching staff & players. The ECU coaching staff will put players on a team with a minimum of 8 players per team. All games will take place in the Kerr Activities Center from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday during the 3 week span. ECU coaching staff and players will coach and referee all teams. League Cost: $65 per player Dates: June 12-29 Time: Games start at 5:30 PM till 8:30 PM Location: East Central Kerr Center

REQUIRED PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT: I, __________________________, herby give my permission and consent for my child,_____________________________ to participate in Tiger Cub Developmental League I certify that my child is physically and mentally able to participate in the activity and that my child will follow all appropriate safety precautions and instructions. I am aware that ECU will not be liable for injuries that may occur during participation. I therefore voluntarily agree to assume all responsibilities and risks that are in any way associated with this Activity. In consideration of and return for services, facilities, and other assistance provided to me by ECU in this Activity, I release ECU, its governing board, officers, agents, employees, and any students acting as employees (the “Releases”), from and against any and all liability, claims, demands and actions that may arise from injury or harm to me or my child in connection with this Activity. I understand that this Release covers liability, claims and actions caused entirely or in part by any acts or failures to act of ECU, including but not limited to negligence, mistake, or failure to supervise by ECU.I acknowledge that ECU does not carry life, health, or accident insurance on my child. ECU has advised me that I will be responsible for any medical charges which my child may incur if my child is injured during the Activity and that ECU has encouraged me to secure my own such insurance. THIS GENERAL RELEASE WAIVER OF LIABILITY IS ALSO BINDING ON THE STUDENT’S AND/OR THEIR PARENTS’/ LEGAL GUARDIAN’S PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, HEIRS, AND ASSIGNS.THIS IS A RELEASE OF LEGAL RIGHTS.
