PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: • In response to surging enrollment, the majority of the work would be at William E. Cottle School including a second floor addition with 8 additional classrooms, renovated and expanded cafeteria, reconstruction of gymnasium, renovated and expanded library. STEAM classrooms, playfield upgrades and security enhancements at the entry are also in the plan. • The TMS/THS building is aging and in need of several infrastructure updates such as turf replacement and boiler replacement. Security enhancements at the entry as well as library and cafeteria renovations are also included. ESTIMATED COSTS: • Total cost: $20,531,500 • Proposed Finance Period: 16 years • Estimated State Aid: 23.8% • Estimated Average Homeowner Cost: $598/year on a home with an assessed value of $8,500 For additional information, please visit www.tuckahoeschools.org
