1) 11:00 AM The Board met with other Commissioners, Clerks and Judges of the 5th Judicial District in Twin Falls for an update of judicial concerns and a luncheon. a) Trial Court Administrator Linda Wright and Administrative Judge Richard Bevan conducted the meeting. b) Items discussed included changes of procedures with the judiciary, problem-solving courts, and an update by Twin Falls County Clerk Kristina Glascock on the progress of implementation of the new Odyssey Case Management software from Tyler Technologies. c) A question and answer period took place that included concerns of commissioners with the rising costs to the counties of unfunded mandates by the State. 2) 2:30 PM The Board reconvened at the Commissioner Chambers of the Cassia County Courthouse 2:40 PM EXECUTIVE SESSION MOTION: COMMISSIONER CHRISTENSEN MOVED TO CONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING PERSONNEL MATTERS UNDER IDAHO CODE SECTION 67-2345(1)(A). COMMISSIONER KUNAU SECONDED THE MOTION. A ROLL CALL VOTE WAS UNANIMOUS WITH CHAIRMAN CRANE, COMMISSIONER CHRISTENSEN, AND COMMISSIONER KUNAU VOTING IN THE AFFIRMATIVE. THE BOARD RETURNED TO REGULAR SESSION AT 3:20 PM. 3) 3:20 PM ADJOURNMENT
