1:42 PM CONVENE EXECUTIVE SESSION MOTION: PAUL CHRISTENSEN, MEMBER, MOVED THAT THE BOARD, PURSUANT TO IDAHO CODE § 672345(1)(f), CONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION TO COMMUNICATE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL WITH REGARD TO LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS OF CONTROVERSIES NOT YET BEING LITIGATED BUT IMMINENTLY LIKELY TO BE LITIGATED. BOB KUNAU, MEMBER SECONDED THE MOTION. ROLL CALL VOTE TO DO SO AS FOLLOWS: DENNIS CRANE, CHAIR YES PAUL CHRISTENSEN, MEMBER YES BOB KUNAU, MEMBER YES THE BOARD ADJOURNED THE EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 3:23 PM. 1) Chairman Crane said the foregoing Executive Session was to address Casey Anderson’s concerns about Open Meeting Law violations. The Board was not prepared for a response at this time as they are continuing with research. 3:23 PM ADJOURNMENT MOTION: PAUL CHRISTENSEN, MEMBER MOVED TO ADJOURN; SECONDED BY BOB KUNAU, MEMBER; FOLLOWED BY A UNANIMOUS VOTE IN THE AFFIRMATIVE.
