Playground Project- Melinda Gomez Parks 6. NEW BUSINESS: A. Discussion and Possible Action to Approve the Annual Community Drunk While Intoxicated (CDWI) Prevention Awareness Program Application for 2017-2018 to NMDOT. –Amanda Evans B. Discussion and Possible Action to Approve Agreement between the City of Bloomfield and Bloomfield Youth Baseball.- Jason Thomas C. Discussion and Possible action to Approve the City of Bloomfield Representation on the San Juan Water Commission.- Eric Strahl D. Discussion and Possible action to Approve the following changes to the authorized signers list for all city bank accounts from Scott Eckstein to Cynthia Atencio.- Brad Ellsworth

CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION The City Council may go into closed executive session pursuant to the provisions of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, New Mexico State Statute Section 10-15-1(H) to discuss limited personnel as well as pending litigation in the case of C.C. Culpepper, et al. v. Town of Farmington, et al., D-1116-CV-1959-7581.

ADJOURNMENT: ATTENTION TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES: If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the City Clerk’s office at 632-6300 at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.
