Approve Accounts Payable Approve Regular Council Meeting Minutes for February 12, 2018 Approve Special Council Meeting Minutes for February 21, 2018 Approve the Appointment of Dr. Judy Hudson to the Library Board Approve the Disposal/Auction of Surplus Equipment
6. NEW BUSINESS: A. Discussion and Possible Action to Approve Resolution 2018-05: A resolution declaring the eligibility and intent of the City of Bloomfield to submit an application to the New Mexico Department of Transportation for Fiscal Year 2018/2019 Local Government Road Program. –Jason Thomas 7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None 8. PUBLIC INPUT (Limited to five (5) minutes): A. Comments from the Public B. Comments from Council and/or Department Heads 9. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council may go into Closed Executive Session to discuss pending or threatened litigation pursuant to the provisions of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act adopted by City Council. New Mexico State Statute: § 10-15-1(H) (7)
