SU Elections are here! All SU Clubs spaces are NO CAMPAIGN ZONES. No campaigning, planning, poster-making, storage, or other election-related activities are allowed in these areas.
The Clubs Office will be CLOSED February 18-26 for Reading Week. No bookings, funding, or forms can be approved during this time.
Scholarships & Awards Last chance! Applications for the Eric Lahoda Memorial SU Clubs Scholarship are due Feb 21 using this ClubHub form. Club award nominations use this ClubHub form and are due Feb 28.

Exec Workshop: VP External It’s not déjà vu, it’s the second workshop of the winter semester! All executives are welcome to join us on March 2 at 10:00 am or 3:00 pm in Workroom 7. We’ll cover Sponsorship, Off-Campus Partnerships, Collaboration, Social Media, Website Management, and more. Free food will be provided courtesy of our awesome friends at ATB Financial! Space is super limited, so RSVP on ClubHub to secure your spot today.
Club Spotlight Congratulations to this week’s Spotlight Club, Amnesty International (AI). Their Spotlight event, Amnesty International UofC Film Festival, took place in November. Upcoming club events can be found on their ClubHub or Facebook pages. Want to find more on-campus, open-to-everyone, and awesome events or have your club featured here? Spotlight clubs are each awarded $100 to spend on an upcoming event! A full list of upcoming spotlight events from all clubs and details can be found on the SU Clubs Calendar page.
Clubs Basement Heads up! The clubs basement is being taken over by the SU Volunteer Tax Program. They’ll be using the boardroom and entry area until the end of the semester, so please take care to respect their setup. Need your taxes done? Appointments can be booked February 27 to April 7 with their trained and knowledgeable volunteers. Details on the SU Website.
SU Spring Food Drive Demand for emergency food hampers has doubled. Between March 13-16, groups will compete to collect the most donations for the SU Campus Food Bank! Email [email protected] by Monday, February 27 to register. Tables will be set up between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm in MacHall. Teams can win a $300 cheque or $160 pizza voucher grand prizes along with other great prizes raffled off too. Everyone gets our eternal love and participation looks great on award applications!
