SU Elections Are you a leader in the campus community? The SU is encouraging students of all backgrounds, ages, genders and areas of study to run in the upcoming SU Elections. Gain professional experience, connect with your faculty, and influence policy! Nomination packages will be available January 29. Find all the details here. Do you want to host a forum for election candidates? Make sure to complete and return an election forum form online by February 2 at 4:00pm. All SU Clubs spaces are NO CAMPAIGN ZONES. No campaigning, planning, poster-making, storage, or other election-related activities are allowed.

Spring Food Drive 2018 Take part in the SU Spring Food Drive for a chance to win awesome prizes while making a difference! From March 12 to 15, your club can compete to collect the most donations for the SU Campus Food Bank. There are a ton of incentives including the grand prize of a $300.00 cheque for your club! More Awards! The Leadership and Student Engagement Office is pleased to announce that nominations are open for two awards! The Alyson Woloshyn Legacy of Leadership Award recognizes an outstanding undergraduate student whose contributions to the university and Calgary Communities embody a commitment to focusing on the development of others and continually improve the student experience. Award criteria and nomination information can be found here. Nominations are open until 11:59pm on March 5. The Alison Heal Memorial Award is a $2,000.00 award to celebrate and encourage the commitment to the mentorship of students and young student affairs professionals. This award is open to continuing undergraduate students who have plans to pursue a career in student affairs. Award Criteria and information on how to apply can be found here.
