Several of our current and alumni students came together to share their favorite memories and create this sweet display honoring Coach Sabrina Preszler Tindall over the weekend. Dear Families, This afternoon, we will be hosting our Home Football game in honor of Coach Sabrina. Several students and staff members were on campus on Sunday to place a special message on our fence line honoring Coach Sabrina (see pictures above and below). In addition, the Haena Family has created a beautiful banner that will be unveiled at the game. Our very talented staff member, Cherish Duff, has agreed to sing The National Anthem and a song requested by Sabrina’s husband Chris. The football players have created special shirts honoring their beloved Coach. We have invited the Preszler and Tindall families to today’s game. On Tuesday, we will be dedicating the Los Pinos Dinner Fundraiser to the Preszler/Tindall Families in honor of Coach Sabrina. Los Pinos has agreed to donate 20% of Tuesday evening’s meals served between 4:00 and 8:00pm. Please spread the word and help us make this fundraiser a successful one. Also see the attached flyer and feel free to send it out to family and friends. We hope that your participation in these events will help you and your children show your love and gratitude to Coach Sabrina and her family. By taking action and showing our support, we can guide our children through this difficult grieving process.

Perfect Attendance We are proud to share that 353 of our 450 students received Perfect Attendance in August. These students will receive a certificate and a Free Logo Day, just for them, on Friday, September 23rd. Way to go! OTTER POPS! Our middle school students will be hosting another Otter Pops fundraiser this Friday, Sept. 23rd, during lunch. Otter Pops are $0.50 each and due to limited quantities we will be selling just one pop per student. Thank you for supporting our Middle School!

Upcoming 7 Habits of Highly Effective Volunteers One of the requirements for classroom volunteers and field trip chaperones is the completion of our 7 Habits of Highly Effective Volunteers class. Due to a high demand from parents who were unable to attend one of our earlier classes, we have added a new class this Friday, September 23rd at 7:30am, in the Spruce Class (Upper Elementary Campus). Classes generally run about one hour. Please sign up in the office. Los Pinos Fundraiser
In light of the loss of our beloved Coach Sabrina the CMP community has decided to donate all proceeds from our Los Pinos fundraiser to the Preszler/Tindall families. We hope you will join us tomorrow, between 4:00 and 8:00pm for a delicious meal, with 20% being donated in honor of our amazing coach. Los Pinos has dedicated their upstairs banquet room for us to share our meal and favorite memories together. Los Pinos is located at: 3420 Palmer Drive, Cameron Park, CA 95682. Harvest Festival Thank you to all the fundraising committee members who are working hard planning our annual family friendly event, it’s all coming together nicely! Thanks also to the families who are helping by donating items to your child’s classroom baskets and/or helping with your classes activity. Please see your child’s classroom news for more information on where they need help. We are excited to bring back the Dunk Tank, where students can purchase balls to try to dunk their favorite teachers. Coach Sabrina was always game for these dunk tanks and pies in the face so in honor of her we will be donating this year’s Dunk Tank proceeds to her family.

We are forever grateful to our coaches who like Coach Sabrina said “I’m coaching more than a sport, I’m coaching life”!
