CMP WASC Accreditation by Mrs. Cooney With a focus on school improvement, our school developed Expected Schoolwide Learner Outcomes, or ESLOs, back in 2010 when we were developing our first WASC self-study. After reviewing the ESLOs with the staff, we decided to keep the ESLOs from 2010 for our current WASC self-study because these outcomes represent how we want each and every student to develop here at CMP. Expected Schoolwide Learner Outcomes California Montessori Project Students: Make Safe, Respectful, and Responsible choices for themselves and empower others to do so as well. • Are Montessori Learners who work independently, demonstrate initiative, utilize the power of concentration, think critically, and are lifelong learners. • Are Ambassadors of Grace and Courtesy who celebrate the diversity in our global community. • Are Agents of Change who have a strong sense of community, are socially responsible, connected to their environment, advocate for themselves and others, and are empowered to be problem solvers. Parent feedback is welcome on our current ESLOs. Please email Cherie Cooney at [email protected] if you would like to share your thoughts. •
