How to connect to the Procare SQL Express database using Crystal Reports… Step 1:

Click on New

Step 2:

Expand this section

Step 3:

Make a New Connection under OLE DB (ADO)

Step 4:

Select Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server

Step 5:

Find the SQL Server. This is the Machine Name (in this example JRB) and the Server Name (in this example PROCARE).

Select the Procare Database.

Use Integrated Security.

Step 6:

Modify Properties (if necessary). Click Finish

Step 7:

You now have connection to the Procare Database and have access to the Tables, Views and Stored Procedures.
