Jen having issues accessing the online banking through ION Jen has some opportunities for grants (possible use to windows, dugouts) Discussion on credit card registration machine as well as a quick swipe for iPhone – Jenn is going to set aside one of the bills Lisa passed out the handout (Chad will have copies made and distributed) In tandum with the registration Sean is going to send out an email Marketing money $500 from each league to be used for the political signs, wanted to do two distributions to the schools, after the dates at Maloney want to hit the schools again for the Feb dates (John will be asked to drop them off and Chad will provide to John) Nathan Hale needs to be done first Signs need to go up this week (Joe and Bryan will put them up this week on Sat the 11th) John got in touch with the Boys club. Tryouts will be Sat March 1 from 12-5 ($400 fee) Chad will send the schedule to Melissa to post Motion to have executive committee decide managers Will be the third Saturday in April (4/19) We should consider adding our Bi-laws, expectations and goals to the coaches pages. Chad will send to Melissa for posting and potential distribution on the coaches page and board section of website Joe and Jen to work on fundraising and Grant paperwork Napier Foundation (Tim can get a list of the foundations through Kevin Curry) Jen needs a list from Tim and Jen and Joe can call them to follow upJen sent out an email about keys an equipment needing to be returned Need a Rock Cats day Field cleanup is 4/5 & 4/12 Rock Cats date May (Joe will call Scott Casten) June 15th for family fun day Sean Dean has been nominated as the T/C director for this year Still need a Concession Director Pete as a possible for Director role? Once Division directors are appointed they will decide as far as the ‘rules’ for the officials as far as division Legion has dropped their 14 U program (discussed working with them on a travel team) If we can come up with 4 teams for travel Discussion still needs to happen regarding a travel team so we don’t lose them to Legion
