Ed Walsh Little League Meeting Minutes Date: Thursday February 6, 2013 (at Billings Sports) In Attendance: Robin Soboleski, Melissa Pelletier, Rit Gay, John Mennone, Tim Raymond, Jen Deko, Brian Decko, Lisa Guilino, Sean Dean, Chad Zima, Dan Desches, Lisa Golebiewski Next Meeting Tryouts Field Cleanup Day Safety Meeting Picture Day Discussion on current insurance claim Locks Signs Division Directors
Tues Feb 19th next meeting Café Dolche 6:30 March 3rd at Boys/Girls Club Tryouts, 4th or 5th will be the draft April 13th is field clean up Mandatory Coaches meeting April 6th Sat May 4th Insurance has denied the claim from the money missing from bill. Tim has challenged it and will be following up Still waiting for Phils to follow up- a letter was made to him. Tim will follow up with him (all the locks are going to be changed) Need to be picked up before the storm. Tim and Brian will take them down and store them in the batting cages for the time being Pete Bennet A+B has been added so we now have all Divisions covered

By March 1st all registrations have to be entered into the website
Then need tryout forms (spreadsheet)

Melissa will need to be there at Chad’s house for the draft assignment

Need field information

Clarify something about registration issue: official response from League- if it looks fishy you can question it otherwise you can accept it

2D waivers for anyone who moved out of district (3 forms of ID needed from Ed Walsh residence dated between 2/1/2012 and 2/1/2013)- Tim will take care of waivers

Chad needs all the volunteer forms to submit for background checks
29 openings for Majors this year (only [3] 8 year olds are eligible) Registering for the individual leagues because we can pull out at any time T it up has a book- adultwear and kidwear, John M will follow up
Melissa notes: send out password for meeting minutes, make sure Ron Divert is on the Board list for communications, get an updated spreadsheet from Rit for equipment and key tracking Follow up with Joe on sponsors and to upload
