HFHS dance team tryouts
The HF Dance Team will host a four-day tryout session August 13-16, 2015 to assess the abilities, leadership skills and potential of interested and qualified candidates. Please join us for a Pre-Tryout Meeting on Sunday, August 2, 2015 from 6:00pm-7:00pm in the North Cafeteria at Homewood-Flossmoor High School. We will hand out and go over the Tryout Information Packet and Procedures for the 2015-2016 Homewood-Flossmoor High School Dance Team.
The HF Dance Teams perform at all home football games, all home boys basketball games, select girls basketball games, and various competitions. Our teams practice several days a week from June until March. Being a member of the HF Dance Team is a huge time commitment. Due to the team nature of our sport, your participation at all practices, games, competitions and activities is expected.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR TRYOUTS
TRYOUT SCHEDULE Skills Clinic Date: Thu, August 13, 2015 Time: 3:10pm-5:45pm Place: Cheer Studios (North Campus next to weight room)
Candidates must be currently enrolled at Homewood-Flossmoor High School for the 2015-2016 school year.
Choreography Clinic Date: Fri, August 14, 2015 Time: 3:10pm-5:45pm Place: Cheer Studios (North Campus next to weight room)

There is a substantial financial responsibility ($300-$400) associated with the HF Dance Team. Fundraising opportunities will be available throughout the year to help offset the total costs.
First Round Tryouts/Final Clinic Date: Sat, August 15, 2015 Time: 9:00am-5:30pm Place: Dance Studio (North Campus Field House)
