Discussed Picture Day scheduling.
Financial statement was presented to the board by Melinda Breeden. Current balance in checking is $9,752.95.
Set dates for following: Homecoming & Senior Night – 10/5/13 Vs Claiborne Co. Homecoming fundraising deadline – 9/19/13
Homecoming Awards: o Boys – raise at least $100.00 = $10.00 Gift Card o Boys – Top fundraiser for each team = $100.00 Gift Card o Girls – raise at least $100.00 = Trophy & $10.00 Gift Card o Girls – Top fundraiser for each team = Crown & Sash & Trophy
Motion made by Laura Haston to approve up to $800.00 for purchase of Booster Club Shirts. Seconded by Darrin Breeden Motion approved by majority vote.
Motion made by Chris Perry to approve up to $1700.00 for purchase of 9 fence sponsor signs. Seconded by Darrin Breeden. Motion approved by majority vote.
Motion made by Darrin Breeden to approve of up to $120.00 for can opener for concessions. Seconded by Chris Perry. Motion approved by majority vote.
Motion made by Darrin Breeden to approve of up to $560.00 for purchase of new radios and private UHF channel. Seconded by Chris Perry. Motion approved by majority vote.
Motion made by Darrin Breeden to allow the cheerleaders to wear dresses for Homecoming if the total cheer fundraising for Homecoming exceeds $6,000.00. Seconded by Bo McKinzie. Motion approved by majority vote.
