Financial statement was presented to and approved by the board by Melinda Breeden.



Motion made by Darrin Breeden to fill vacant Grasscutter Cheer Head Coach postion with Patricia Wilkerson Seconded by John Thomas Motion approved by majority vote.



Motion made by Darrin Breeden to purchase a laptop computer along with the software needed to run organization. Cost not to exceed $800.00. Seconded by John Thomas Motion approved by majority vote.



Motion made by Patricia Wilkerson to order flowers & gift cards for Homecoming. Seconded by Jason Kelly Motion approved by majority vote.
