Class 1 NZPC 95cm Horse – ESNZ Test A2 (2009) EF: $40.00 plus ground levy Class 2 NZPC 95cm Pony – ESNZ Test A2 (2009) EF: $40.00 plus ground levy Class 3 NZPC 80cm Horse – ESNZ Test L2 (2009). EF: $40.00 plus ground levy Class 4 NZPC 80cm Pony - ESNZ Test L2 (2009) EF: $40.00 plus ground levy Class 5 Future Olympians Pony - ESNZ L1 (2009) Height under 65cm NO LEAD REINS. EF: $25.00 plus ground levy Class 6 Future Olympians Horse - ESNZ Test L1 (2009) Height under 65cm. EF $25 plus ground levy Rosettes and prizes to 6th place Show jumping follows cross country except for Future Olympians classes
$8.00 per horse/pony ground levy to be included in entry fee – max $16 per rider. (Dannevirke PC members exempt) Yard fee (if required) per horse for the entire event = $10 Ambulance per horse entered = $10

RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Entries must be completed online at www.equestrianentries.co.nz by 5pm 6th November 2016. NO telephone, or email entries. Late entries attract a $20 fee and are subject to discretion of event secretary. Entries are only accepted when payment is made in full and you will not be included in the draw if payment in full is not received by the 6th November, 2016. Bank account number for Internet banking is: Dannevirke Pony Club 03-0614-0568602-00 (Please specify rider’s name and class(s) in reference field ESNZ Rules for Eventing, August 2015, apply. Riders need to abide by these rules: NB also Annex 5, NZPCA Events. Scratching/ refund policy: Scratchings advised prior to 12noon Nov 9th will be refunded 50% of their entry fee, thereafter no refund unless Vet or Medical Certificates are provided. Online fee will not be refunded. Draw times and the timing of classes will be adhered to where possible but are subject to change. Draw will be posted to www.equestrianentries.co.nz by end of day Wednesday November 9th The organising committee reserves the right to alter the programme where necessary As a condition of entry, we require EVERY rider to nominate a XC fence judge – this is to be filled in on Equestrian Entries at time of entry. The name and mobile number of the fence judge is to be entered. Gear safety inspections are compulsory for all phases of classes 3-6, compulsory only for XC Classes 1 & 2 with random safety inspections for other phases. Failure to complete all appropriate gear checks will result in elimination. NZPCA approved safety helmets must be worn by all riders for all three phases. Dress code as per Article 655 ESNZ. Medical armbands or data carrier are required if a rider has a current medical condition see ESNZ Article 634. Next of kin contact details for ALL RIDERS must be supplied to the Event Secretary. Go to My Account on your Equestrian Entries sign in and add the information when you enter please. Body protectors are compulsory for the Cross Country. Dressage callers allowed in Classes 5 & 6 ONLY. NO whips in class 1-4 dressage tests. XC and SJ whips not to exceed 75cm. Spurs are allowed in all classes. No dogs Allowed – under penalty of disqualification. Prize giving will be unmounted, but correctly attired, including helmet, at the conclusion of the event.
