2014 Holiday Edition
Suzanne and Terry Bruring approached INCA about doing a fundraiser that would benefit the citizens within Atoka County. This idea and generosity launched the fundraiser Tic-TECH-Toe. Suzanne and Terry provided all of the food, door prizes, grand prizes and advertisement for the event. INCA's only obligation was to sell tickets and that we did!!! Tickets were sold by many INCA employees and even our wonderful INCA Board Members. The event was held on December 6th, 2014 with movies, food, and a bounce house all located at the Community Building. The prize winners were as follows: Vizio 50” Smart Screen TV - Tara Huddleston PlayStation 4 - Bobbi Foster HP Laptop Computer - Jim Cunny Home Theatre System - Chris Edgar Dual DVD Players - Bill White Tablet with Speaker System - Ruth McAdoo Garmin GPS - Dillon Lemmons Tablet with Keyboard - Ronny Cole MP3 Player - Sharon Marshall This fundraiser generated approximately $2,500 through food sales, ticket sales, and other donations provided by the great people within Atoka county. The donations from this event will help fill community needs that INCA is not regularly funded for such as helping people buy shoes and clothing required when beginning a new job. A very big thanks to Suzanne and Terry Bruring for the idea and all the help and support. Pictured here with family cooking for the event.

“At the beginning of March 2014, my family’s world was turned upside down when we unexpectedly lost my mom “Diana Westfall” at the age of 54. She was the rock of our family and what held us all together. Her and my dad had been married 30 years the day she died. They had the kind of love that everyone wishes they could have. They were the best of friends and always did everything together. My sister Jamie and I both had a very special and close relationship with her. The kind of relationship every girl should have with her mother. She meant the world to us and we couldn’t have asked for a better mother. Diana was just overall an amazing woman who touched so many lives and was such a blessing to so many people. This was our family’s first Christmas without her. She loved Christmas, it was her favorite time of the year. She always made every Christmas so very special for my sister and me, no matter how old we were. Jamie and I wanted to do something around Christmas to remember our beautiful mother so we held a benefit event in her memory. We had so many generous businesses and people help us out. The money we raised at the benefit we donated to the Angel Tree in her memory. She was an Assistant Manager at Wal-Mart in Atoka so we thought the Angel Tree would be perfect. Every child deserves to feel special and loved especially at Christmas. I am so happy we were able to help brighten their Christmas.” Written By: Paula Westfall
