Tonight’s Specials Stuffed Pepper (s) Single 12 or Twin 15 Seasoned ground sirloin with minced shallots, garlic and white rice. Baked in a 1/2 red pepper and topped with marinara sauce. Seared Duck Breast 19 Spiced green & rasperrry tea marinated duck breast, sliced; with a raspberry pinot noir wine sauce.

Island Chicken 16 Seasoned chicken breast, oven roasted and sliced. Served over a grilled pineapple & red pepper mild rice and smothered with mango-pineapple rum glaze. Italian Salmon 17 Italian spiced salmon fillet, char-grilled and served over grilled eggplant, sautéed spinach and light marinara. Drizzled with honey balsamic reduction. Garnished with shaved parmesan cheese.
