Data request – Grade 7 – Trend data all strands

F&RL trend data – view F&RL subgroup scores in relationship to State and Shelton

DRP trend data – view DRP scores by grade level in relationship to State and Shelton overall

Collecting data on Science Department CFA Structure  SHS Science Workbook Biology 1 scores (2 CFAs) 1-5 Scale  Comparison by class, track, and teacher by all sections taught by the individual teacher  Questions to Ask???? Instructional Practices – Student Performance – Departmental Trends – Other Grading Practices (behavior, attendance, cheating)  Leadership Discussions focused on Instructional Practices and Impact on Scores/Implementation/Indicators

SRBI Rubric Feedback – TEAM – 20 min o

Review of SRBI Rubric Survey results for all elementary schools and Perry Hill  Coversheet Report and Individual School Feedback Report Evidence  Time will be needed to analyze the report

Concern is focused on the “level of implementation” and individual school self-ranking We may have to develop a menu of evidence to choose from in order to quantify and unify information and feedback to a greater degree We may need to calibrate “understanding of indicators” to unify ranked outcomes Process vs. Product Define Tier 1 in order to calibrate

Pull together a team of representatives to discuss the survey product and infuse change

o

Intermediate and High School Survey results will be conducted in the May DDT meeting
