Meet our ManageMent Merlin Fry, FAB Maintenance Supervisor Merlin Fry started with Cargill in 1995 as a FAB mechanic. He worked as Ergonomics maintenance, bench mechanic in the tool cage, on the project crew and again back to FAB Maintenance. He was promoted to supervisor in 2005. Merlin and his wife Cindy have been together 16 years and between them, they have 7 children. Jeff, Quenten, Chris, Kiersten, Ellie, Joseph and Lindy. Outside of working, Merlin likes fishing, working on and riding his motorcycle. He has a Shadow Spirit and his wife has a Boulevard Trike. I asked Merlin what his dream bike is, he said, anything where you can get out on the road, the exact make doesn’t matter.
