Yield: 20 - 8 oz. Burgers Ingredients: 1-3 lb. pouch 20 buns 20 - 8 oz. 5 tsp. 5 Tbsp. 4 cups 60 ¼” rings 40 ¼” slices 20 10 oz.
MINH™ Less Sodium Teriyaki Sauce Bun, Burger, Toasted Ground Chuck burgers Ginger, fresh, minced Garlic, fresh, minced Bread Crumbs, dry Red Onions, sliced Tomatoes, vine ripe, sliced Romaine lettuce leaves Mayo
Preparation: Place MINH™ Less Sodium Teriyaki Sauce, ground chuck, ginger, garlic and bread crumbs in bowl and mix until completely blended. Divide into 8 ounce patties, approximately 20 burgers, flatten to desired thickness. Grill to desired doneness, baste with remaining 1 cup of MINH™ Less Sodium Teriyaki Sauce. Spread ½ oz of mayo on toasted bun and add lettuce and tomato. Place burger on lettuce, top with red onions.

Preparation: Place MINH™ Less Sodium Teriyaki Sauce, green onion, garlic, ginger, chicken in a bowl and mix until completely blended. Top pizza crust with sauce and chicken mixture. Add mushrooms and finish with mozzarella cheese.
