with a slight meaty note. In the mouth the wine is generous and rich, ripe blackberry with the brightness of a fresh black plum. Violet candy and white mushroom, with voluptuous dark fruit, spices and a high note of vanilla and clove. Such a pretty wine with incredible complexity and richness. This full bodied Pinot Noir would be outstanding with mushroom soup or mushroom risotto, or perhaps pork belly with a soy caramel sauce. Or perfect with salmon on the grill with a pea and edamame puree.
