KRIST STII PFL FLIIGER-KELLER

Kristi Pfliger-Keller is a high-energy speaker and trainer dedicated to empowering audiences of all backgrounds. By combining an off-beat sense of humor with her "been-there-done-that" work examples, she leaves audiences laughing while identifying practical tools for change. A graduate of Northern State University (Go Wolves!), she holds a bachelors degree in Political Science and Public Relations. In addition, she is a Certified Family Development Specialist. Kristi received the DDI Trainer certification through Bismarck State College. Her diverse background includes gigs as a Nonprofit Executive, small business owner, and mother extraordinaire. She is currently serving as a Project Specialist with a local healthcare organization. Each life adventure has provided Kristi with practical experience and a passion for personal growth and development. Kristi is a sought-out and recognized trainer in the areas of team building, effective management, leadership, longterm care and Alzheimer's disease / dementia. She lives west of Mandan with her husband, young son, and a menagerie of wayward animals. She finds joy in family, friends, good coffee, and a great pair of shoes.

The International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) is a 501 (c)(6) registered not-for-profit professional association for office professionals with approximately 22,000 members and affiliates and over 500 chapters worldwide. Our mission is to enhance the success of career-minded administrative professionals by providing opportunities for growth through education, community building and leadership development. The association founded in 1942 as the National Secretaries Association to provide a professional network and educational resources for secretarial staff. The association's name was changed in 1998 to the International Association of Administrative Professionals to encompass the large number of varied administrative job titles and recognize the advancing role of administrative support staff in business and government.
