He is the author, with his partner, Sara LaForest, of Organizational Gravity: A Guide to Strategically Growing Your Company’s Brand, Culture, and Talent, and the Leadership focused blog www.yourbusinessgyroscope.com. Kubica LaForest Consulting was recently named by Leadership Excellence (Leadership 500 awards) as one of the Top 10 leadership development firms in the U.S in the Small Consultant category. The Small Consultant category is one of eight categories recognized by Leadership Excellence. They will be honored at the upcoming Global Leadership Conference to be held in April in Vail, Colorado. Leadership Excellence has been recognizing the Top 500 leadership development programs for the past 30 years. Tony is a 5th degree black belt and is an instructor in kenpo karate, where he focuses on helping his students not only learn karate skills but also build self-confidence – a skill they can apply successfully to other areas in their life. And, as a grandfather of five grandchildren, he authors a blog for Grandpas: Grandpa Tales.
