GAME DAY ITINERARY All activities are available to scouts and their family and friends as a group or individual basis. Participation is not mandatory. All events are offered on a walk-up basis and reservations are not offered. Time: 8:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. 11:40 a.m. 11:50 a.m. Post-game

Tickets Scout Day tickets are $25 each and located in the endzones or upper level of Michie Stadium. Any member of the scout group, including parents, friends and relatives, may purchase the discounted ticket. Game admission, a 2014 Army Football Scout Patch, and all standard game day activities are included in the purchase of a scout day ticket. Please note, Army Ticket Office order and delivery fees apply. Tickets must be purchased no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled contest if advance mailing is required. Mailing for individual game tickets will begin one month prior to the game date. For optimal seating, we recommend contacting our Group Sales Office at 845-446-2375 to speak with a personal account representative. Inquiries can also be directed to [email protected].

Parking and Shuttle Service  General parking is available for purchase in advance of game day for $15 or at the three main entrances on game day for $20 (cash only). If your group will be traveling by bus, parking passes can be purchased for $75 in advance or $100 on game day (cash only).  Reserved general parking is not available. If you wish to park near other members of your group, you must arrive “caravan style” together at the entrance gates.  Complimentary shuttle service is provided from all parking areas to the stadium before and after the game, as we as the Parade Grounds prior to the Cadet Review.  Individuals within your group may purchase parking by calling 845-446-2375 or visiting goARMYsports.com. Parking lots will open at 6:00 a.m. on game day. A detailed parking guide, shuttle bus schedule, and map are available at armygameday.com. Tailgating  Tailgating is permitted in all parking lots.  To reserve a tailgate site or for more information, please contact a personal account representative at 574.446.2375. Parking, catering and rentals are also available for purchase for reserved tailgate sites.

GAME DAY Food Concessions are available at Michie Stadium and on Black Knights Alley. Outside food and beverages not purchased at concession stands will not be allowed in the stadium. Entering West Point/Security Thayer Gate, Washington Gate and Stony Lonesome are open to the public for entry on game day. Please enter through the gate dictated on your parking pass. Fans 16 years of age and older are required to show a valid photo ID upon entry. Cars may be briefly searched and you will likely be asked to open your trunk for inspection. Thayer Gate: General Public Parking Washington Gate: General Parking Stony Lonesome Gate: Handicapped Parking; Donor Parking (with pass) If you have not purchased parking in advance of game day, please enter through Thayer or Washington Gate, unless handicapped parking is required.

Scout Patches/Uniforms Patches will be available at the Scoutmasters Council Tent on Daly Field and at the marketing tent on Black Knights Alley prior to kickoff. If for some reason you do not receive a scout patch, please call your personal account representative or email [email protected] with your name and mailing address to have a patch mailed to you. Many scouts wear their uniforms, but it is not required. Camping Camping is available at West Point’s Lake Frederick. Please contact them directly with all camping questions. DETAILED ITINERARY OF ACTIVITIES Make sure to find your seats early and enjoy some of the pregame events that make Army Football one of the most unique college football experiences in the country. Events include the cadet march-on, West Point Band performance, team entrance, and parachute delivery of the game ball (weather permitting). Scout Tours 8:00 a.m. Scoutmasters Council Tent: Daly Field Cadet members of the Scoutmasters Council will lead tours originating from the Scoutmasters Council Tent on Daly Field. Tours will last approximately 45 minutes. All members of your group are welcome. One of the highlights of Army Football Scout Day, scouts will have the opportunity to meet and talk with West Point cadets as they receive a guided tour of Central Area, including Trophy Point, Battle Monument, the Great Chain placed across the Hudson River by George Washington, and the cannons captured in the major U.S. wars. Cadet Review 9:00 a.m. The Plain (Parade Grounds) The full-dress cadet parade on “The Plain” is one of the time-honored traditions of a West Point football game day. Black Knights Alley 9:00 a.m. Michie Stadium: East Side Black Knights Alley is complete with an interactive fan zone with children’s play areas, photograph and autograph sessions, interactive sports stations with Army Athletes, live radio broadcast, food and beverage specials, camouflage face painting, bounce houses, and more! Pregame Timeline 11:40 a.m. Cadet March-on 11:50 a.m. Parachute Demonstration Parachute delivery of the game ball (weather permitting) 12:00 p.m. Kickoff Pregame: Free Scout Patches Exclusive 2014 Army Football Scout Day patches are available at the Scoutmasters Council Tent and the Army Athletics Marketing Tent located on Black Knights Alley prior to kickoff.
