2017 Fall Sign-Ups Required Paperwork: Full Payment, Registration Form, 1x1 Color Picture, Birth Certificate (Original to review and 2 Copies), 2 Proofs of Residency (SDG&E and another Utility Bill ONLY), Policy and Guideline and Parent Code of Conduct. Physical Form (Good through 12/31/17) and 2017 End of Year Report Card will be collected at Orientation.

Flag & Tackle cut off Date: *(Cannot Turn Next Age Up before 8/1. 7U/ Flag (Ages 5,6,7,*8) 8U/ Tiny Mite (Ages 7,8,*9) 9U/ Mitey Mite (Ages 8,9,*10) 10U/ Jr. Pee Wee (Ages 9,10,*11) 11U/ Pee Wee (Ages 10,11,*12) 12U/ Jr. Midget (Ages 11,12,*13) 13U/14U Midget (Ages 12,13,14,*15)
Cheer Divisions (cut off date 7/31): Division 8: Ages 5-8 Division 10: Ages 7-10 Division 12: Ages 9-12 Division 14: Ages 11-14 *Max of 2 14 yr Old *8th Graders Registration fees Include: Game Jersey to Keep Trophy/ Pictures Insurance/Ref Fees/ Assessment Fees

Sign-Up Dates and Times: Cajon Valley High School (Stadium Snack Bar) 1035 E. Madison Ave, El Cajon, CA 92021 **2016 FALL RETURNERS ONLY*** SUNDAY APRIL 9TH - 10AM-2PM Saturday May13th - 11am-2pm Saturday May 20th - 11am-2pm Saturday June 3rd - 11am-2pm Saturday June 17th - 11am-2pm FINAL SIGN-UPS: Saturday June 24th- 11am-2pm
Registration Fees (No Checks Accepted): Flag: $225 Tackle: $350 Cheer: $275 (Includes uniform and shoes to keep) MANDATORY LEAGUE FUNDRAISING!!!! Payment Contracts will be available only until May 20th sign-ups with a minimum of $175 down payment.
