Practice Times After School Schedule – May 8-12, May 15-18, & May 22-24 (Practice Meet on Tuesday, May 16) 6 & Under 4:30-5:00 p.m. Ages 7 & 8 5:00-5:45 p.m. Ages 9 & 10 5:45-6:30 p.m. Ages 11 & Up 6:30-7:15 p.m. Summer Practice Schedule – begins May 25 (M-Th) 5/25 – 6/26 6 & Under 8:30-9:00 a.m. 7&8 9:00-9:45 a.m. 9 & 10 9:45-10:30 a.m. 11 & 12 10:30-11:15 a.m. 13 - 18 11:15-12:00 p.m. Note: No practice on May 29 (Memorial Day).
County Meet Team Practice – beginning June 28 Parent Meeting – Tuesday, May 9 at 6 p.m. @ PSST Clubhouse Don’t miss this informative meeting covering swim team details. Volunteer Sign-Ups – ONLINE ONLY beginning Wednesday, May 10 at 6 p.m. Every family is expected to sign up and work one-half of every meet in which their child swims. Detailed sign-up instructions will be emailed and posted on the team website prior to online sign-up. Practice Meet/Pizza Party – Tuesday, May 16 at 5 p.m. This will be run as a regular meet for all swimmers age 14 and under, no relays. The meet will assist in establishing accurate times needed for Gwinnett County Swim League. Pizza is free for team members and will be served beginning at 6:30 p.m. Volunteers will be needed. NO REGULAR SWIM PRACTICE. Fun Fridays – 10 -11 a.m. on the Friday after a regular meet is Fun Day with donuts and playtime in the pool. Team members only allowed in pool. The first “Fun Friday” will be on 5/26 with the final Fun Day a “Terrific Tuesday” on 6/27. Picture Day – Thursday, May 25 Individual & Team Pictures: Individuals – 3:15-4:30 p.m., Team picture 4:30 p.m. sharp. Please wear team suit. Swim-a-thon – Monday, June 5 More details to follow – pledge forms available on team website County Swimmer Celebration – Monday, July 10 at 6 p.m. @ PSST Clubhouse End-of-Season Party & Awards – TBA Fish Files – Each swim team family, coach and board member has a mail folder at the pool. Please check these regularly for team communications and ribbons.
