In six seasons with Jeff Tylka on the coaching staff, the Loyola University Chicago program has put together its best six years in nearly a decade, recording back-to-back winning campaigns for the first time since 2003-04 and reaching the conference championship game twice. Several individual records have also fallen in Rogers Park over Tylka’s six years in the program. Tylka led the Ramblers to the best start in program history this past season. The Ramblers went 14-0 before giving up their first loss to #9 Alabama in 2017. Tylka has a wealth of coaching experience at all levels and he posted a 9117 (.843) record in three seasons as the head coach of Antioch High School before making the move to Rogers Park.
