The SUNY Cortland Red Dragons Softball Clinic will be conducted in two sessions
Saturday, February 24th at the College’s Lusk Field House. Athletes will get to work with both the current team and Cortland coaching staff.

Offensive Techniques
Session 1 9:30AM-12PM Pitching & Catching
Fundamentals of pitching and catching will be emphasized. The clinic is designed to teach and improve players’ technique. Advanced pitchers will be given additional instruction and will be shown grips, spins and various pitches.

The offensive session will provide instruction in all phases of hitting, bunting and base running. The mechanics will be broken down into progressive stations utilizing cages and floor space.

Defensive Techniques
The defensive session will focus on correct throwing and fielding mechanics followed by instruction in positional play for infielders and outfielders. Session 1 registration begins at 9AM at Lusk Field House
Attending Both Sessions - $100 (Includes T-shirt & lunch)
