William Barnes B.S. Exercise & Sports Science M.S. Health, Kinesiology & Sports Studies NSCA Certified William Barnes is an NSCA Certified Trainer and has been a personal trainer since 2003. He received his B.S in Exercise and Sports Science in 2000 and his M.S. in Health, Kinesiology and Sports Studies in 2002. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who has helped 100s of clients get rid of literally 1000s of pounds of body fat by studying and applying the fastest, safest, and most permanent ways to help clients get lean and fit. As a fitness professional, William has developed training and nutrition protocols that deliver proven results in half the time as traditional programs. His passion is to help you achieve your greatest health and fitness level, and to keep discovering the best methods that get the best results. William believes that having great health is your road to freedom, the freedom to do what you want, when you want. He keeps his own fitness goals close to heart as a means not to look back and know that through his physical fitness he will not have to be a burden to those he cares for.
