Reschedule Policy - A40=published on 12/23/16 - 3 wks would be 1/13/17 and A18=published on 3/3/17, 3 wks would be 3/24/17 Check with home captain prior to playing match regarding their policies and what you will do if you run out of time. 75 Minute Court times – Bainbridge, Bellingham, Nordstrom & Pine Lake, all others are 90 min court time. Seattle Tennis Club requires 2/3 white tennis clothing/tennis shoes do not count. Whichever team DEFAULTS last minute is responsible for paying for all 4 players on that court for Dbls or for 2 players for Sgls. This applies more to the public clubs. Most private clubs do not charge their members for their home matches. v Always play position #1 first, never play a position # 2 match before a position #1, or a position #3 before a position #2. Singles #1 must play before singles #2, Doubles # 1 before doubles # 2, and #2 before #3.

Overflow Policy
Overflow courts are not provided. Either team may book a warm up or overflow court 6 days in advance for 1.25 hours by phone with a reservation card, or in person without the card. The courts are available on 1st come, 1st served basis. You still have to pay for them even if they aren’t used. Please make every effort to allow the teams before you to finish their match if they have started a tiebreaker (up to 10 mins max). If the third set or tiebreaker has not begun, please plan to reschedule or move to an overflow court if available. We do make every effort possible to make sure that our teams and visitors can finish a match on the same day, but it might not always be possible. We do provide overflow for weekend matches. We will book one overflow court for weekend matches. 1 Overflow court is incl. in the guest fee. We encourage members to let matches finish that are within a few minutes of finishing. Overflow courts are not provided. Either team may book 10 days in advance $30 for 1 hour by phone, or in person. Still have to pay for them if not used.

1 overflow court for 3 match leagues and 2 overflow courts for 5 match leagues. We want to let those travelling up here to have a good experience and be able to complete all matches. No extra charge for overflow courts.

There is one 30 minute overflow court shared by all the USTA courts. It is included in the total price of $13 per guest and $5.50 per member. If they want more than the 30 minutes we include, they can book and pay for the extra. If a match runs out of time, they usually will move. Often, another USTA match is taking over a court and they also want to get started on time, so the first group has to move to an OF court. If whoever is taking over the court chooses to let the USTA match finish, then that is allowed.

Members are responsible for booking an overflow ct the night before after 6pm at no extra cost if available. We encourage members to let matches finish that are within a few minutes of finishing and let the front desk know so they can inform the incoming matches that follows.
Overflow courts are not provided. Members need to use their names for reservation. We encourage finishing matches if starting a 3rd set TB or looks like it should finish in 10-15 minutes. If only halfway through

Overflow Policy One overflow court provided for daytime matches. Cost included in fee. For weekend leagues, matches are completed on original court even if they run overtime. People scheduled for court times following a USTA match must wait until the USTA match is finished before they take the court. No overflow court is provided. Our policy is a 24 hour cancellation policy or the guest fee is charged. Members use their reservation privileges to reserve one overflow court. The fee is covered in the guest fee. Overflow court is included in the guest fee. We will allow matches to finish to completion (If they are at least 4-4 2nd set) 8 hrs notice to cancel 1 or more cts reserved for a USTA Match. If not, we will charge the entire amount due to the offending squad before the start of the team match. If the court is booked after their match, they must move to the overflow court. If the court is not booked, they simply will not get bumped. 1 overflow court is included in the guest fee. Players need to stop at the end of their court time and move to the overflow court if another match is following.
