Special Notice: In accordance with federal regulations, customers who have debit cards tied to savings or money market accounts will be subject to Regulation D, which limits the number of debit transactions. These account types can have up to 6 transactions per statement cycle and are subject to fees. Debit card Point of Sale (POS) transactions are included in this 6 per statement cycle limitation. Unlimited in-branch or ATM transactions are allowed. Any customer who exceeds the limit 3 times within a 12 month period will be subject to having their account converted to a non-interest bearing account.
