August Ambush Tournament Discussion o Teams  Draw date Monday August 1st @ 6:30 (Concession Stand  Buzzy obtain Pizza from Police Station  Rob to send a list of teams that have registers to Justin o Concession Stand  Hamburgers / Hotdogs / Hot Sausage  Fries / Funnel Fries  Blanch fries on Thursday  Holushkie  Gyro Truck?  Kelly to contact a few Gyro trucks to get details  Propane – All tanks need filled  Dumpster – Len to contact Bruener  Deliver on Thursday  Port-a-Johns  Becky to call and get port-a-johns o Fields  Need to buy weed killer for the quad  Week leading up to tournament fields will need drug, grass cut, weeds pulled / trimmed  Zero Turn need work, it’s not cutting correctly. Missing a wheel.  o Rules  Rob has drafted rules and reviewed them with Andrew  Rob to send rules to Justin o Shirts  Anthony to do the shirts again for the tournament  Anthony creating logo will be provided to Justin once received by Rob o Awards  Rob to price 1st place trophies and 2nd place metals o New Pop-Up Tent  Kelly & Len approved the purchase of a pop up canopy less than $120.00
