New Vehicles – Same Friendly Service! Along with a new name, VTA looks forward to updating the VTA Access Paratransit fleet to include new sedans and vans. The OUTREACH logo will continue to be displayed on all VTA Access Paratransit vehicles. For the next 12 months, paratransit employees will identify themselves as OUTREACH/VTA Access Paratransit personnel.
