Adela Group, Cerro Grande. In the Fitz Roy Range, in November, Italian Luca Maspes made two solo attem pts on Techado Negro (located at the southern end of the Fitz Roy group) climbing 300m of mixed ground and bad rock. O n December 5, Maspes and M ar cello Com inetti, also from Italy, climbed a new route on the south face of Cerro Grande (2,751m), joining the East Ridge route, from which they retreated, some 200m below the
