Administrative Privileges
ADMINISTRATIVE PRIVILEGES The following table outlines the administrative privileges within your Sports Illustrated Play Administrator Account. Administrative privileges are typically reserved for a small group of people that manage an organization’s data, registration, and team setup. All Administrative users are able to VIEW Accounts, People, Registration Information, and Orders. Only the Primary Contact by default is given access to Manage Admin Users. Administrators given this privilege can create and edit the privileges of all other administrators, including the ability to designate the Manage Admin Users privilege to other administrators. Administrative access is not typically granted to coaches, as coaches are granted access to view and print rosters and email teams when a team’s status is set to Active. Privilege

Manage Admin Users
Allows admin to manage admin users and their privileges. The Primary Contact is given this privilege automatically.
Total Access
Gives privileges to manage everything except Private Info and Manage Admin Users

This will give admin all privileges of Total Access with the exception of System Administration. Allows admin to edit and delete documents and images using the document and image manager tools. Can also manage coaches’ images and documents. Document and image manager tools are accessible when sending an email on the Welcome page, Consent pages, and Post Purchase Notices. Administrators need Send Email from System, or Edit Organization Information to upload files. Gives the ability to view Admin Only custom questions. Allows admin to manage people, accounts, orders, and the ability to submit sessions. Admin will also have access to all subprivileges in this category. Page 1 of 3
Administrative Privileges Create Accounts, People and Registrations Change Registrations
Team Assignments Verify Documents
Create and edit accounts, people, and registrations, including the ability to unregister people. Allows admin to assign players to teams and edit the registration part of orders, including divisions and custom questions. Make/change team assignment, which may affect division and registration price. Enables admin to view, verify, and reject registration documents
Manage Adjustments
Create and delete adjustments within registrations/orders.
Manage Payments
Record payments and delete check payments (up to 12 hours). Create and issue credits on accounts, orders, and delete unused account credits.
Manage Refunds
Issue refunds by account credit, check, or credit card.
Submit Sessions
Submit session information to parent organization (when applicable).
Manage Waiting Lists
Admit, deny, and clear waiting lists. Administrators need Manage Divisions privileges to set up waiting lists.
Print Passes
Print coach/player passes, once teams have been submitted to parent organization (when applicable).
View /Export Finance Reports
Present menu items for finance reports
Send EasyAlerts (SMS) from System
Authorizes admin to send easyAlerts (SMS) to recipients generated from a report.
Send Email from System Create and Edit Schedules Scorekeeper Manage Website
Authorizes administrators to send email from the system. Email will be sent from the admin user’s login email. Create and edit events on team schedules. Permits admin to record scores. Allows admin to create and edit website content.
Manage Alerts
Create and edit user alerts on the Welcome page.
System Administrator
Authorizes admin to manage organization, programs, and user Information. Admin will also have access to all sub-privileges in this

Edit Organization Information
Allows admin to manage Organization Settings and all of its sub categories.
Manage Merchandise
Allows admin to edit merchandise settings.
Manage Questions
Allows admin to manage Questions Library.
Manage Roles
Allows admin to manage Role Library. Allows admin to edit programs, sessions, divisions, and team setup. Admin will also have access to all sub-privileges in this category.

Manage Teams
Authorizes admin to manage programs and sessions, including program consents and custom questions. Allows admin to manage divisions. Permits admin to create teams and edit Team Settings. Administrators need Change Registrations and Team Assignments in order to assign players/coaches and edit team rosters.
Access Restrictions Administrators are able to VIEW all data. Access Restrictions will limit WHAT users can do within a specific program, session, or division based on the privileges granted. Access restrictions do not restrict total access from other sessions. Order information may span across multiple sessions, and restricted sessions may be visible in financial reporting. If an access restriction does not exist, the administrator will have access to all sessions according to their assigned privileges.
Role Roles are used to tag administrators as president, vice president, registrar, etc. The role will only appear on the Manage Admin Users page.
